1    We are a company that provides rental interactives including Inflatables that caters to such functions as: company picnics, corporate events, schools, church functions, private birthday parties, tradeshow events or any reason for people to have fun.


2    Your equipment is delivered to your location before your party starts and picked up after its over. We do all the work, your only job is to supervise and have fun. All fees for delivery, set-up, takedown, and removal are included in the rental fee.


3    Each piece of equipment has the information related to that particular piece at the bottom of its web page (See equipment for details).


4    We will deliver and set up your equipment on grass, gravel, asphalt or cement. We have tarps that we lay down. Please consider the participants feet, they must remove shoes to participate. Hot pavement may burn feet. A level grassy or shaded area is best.


5    Yes! All of our equipment is manufactured with safety in mind.


6    Yes! Also a certificate of insurance can be provided upon any rental. You can find out more about our coverage in the Term's Section of this site.


7    No! Because we cater to business, churches, and schools we have equipment for young and old alike. Star-Walk Entertainment, LLC's equipment is fun for everyone!


8    Because each customer we work with usually wants different pieces of equipment. The price of each event depends on a number of variables including, length of the event, location, and activities chosen. We also factor in multi unit discounts, the more you rent the bigger the discount. For more specific pricing, please give us a call, e-mail us, or visit our quote page.


9    We can transform almost any location, even a parking lot, into a festive event site. Our services are designed to be portable and are easily taken to your site, a local park, fairgrounds, etc.


10   You can be as involved as you would like to be. Star-Walk Entertainment, LLC offers a turnkey service we can handle every detail of your event, or we can complement programs currently in place. We can provide your company an event planner that can help with location, theme, food, decorations, as well as activities, music, talent etc.


11   Yes, our attractions available have grown to include amusement games, human-powered rides, carnival games, promotional items, dunk tanks, simulators, food, talent, tents, etc. everything that you need for an event.


12   You can choose from equipment page of this site, or we can fax or e-mail you a list that provides a detail description of each item. In the event that you may still need some assistance, please call or e-mail and we will be more than happy to make suggestions for your special event based on information given over the phone or have one of our Entertainment Specialists visit with you at your location.


13   No. Although most scheduled functions occur outside during the spring and summer, all Star-Walk Entertainment, LLC attractions can be set-up indoors as well. The only restrictions are floor space and ceiling height. School and church lock-ins are great examples. Some of our trailers do require an overhead door.


14   Of course no one plans on rain, but it must be taken into consideration. Star-Walk Entertainment, LLC will always give you an opportunity to reschedule your event if we are notified prior to leaving for your event in case of inclement weather. Also event insurance is available as well through your local insurance agent. Please see the term's section for more details.


15   We provide service in several states. All prices quoted will reflect additional travel if necessary and applicable state or use tax. See Areas Served for more information.


16   It depends. Star-Walk Entertainment, LLC is fully insured up to $2,000,000. Our carrier can provide a certificate of insurance to you at no cost. If you or the event location needs to be shown as an "Additional Insured" on our policy, there is a $150.00 charge for EACH name shown. You may need to check because some private facilities do require themselves to be shown as "Additional Insured" on the policy.


17   Some equipment from Star-Walk Entertainment, LLC do require standard 120 volt outlets with grounded plugs. Most draw 3 to 10 amps of power each. It is best to plan on setting up the equipment within 100 feet of the outlets. In the event electric is not available or too far away, Star-Walk of the Ozarks can provide gas-powered generators for an additional charge. Please let us know when inquiring about your event.  (Please see the specific item under the equipment section to see if it requires electric)
